- You must be a 501(c)(3) Organization of have a qualified Sponsor that is a 501(c)(3).
- You will use the money and resources as stated in the application request.
- You will communicate timely and honestly on the progress of the grant.
- You will advise us if there are any problems or complications that may develop with the project.
- If you are awarded a multi year frant, you must provide an update and request for the next payment
- You will provide a post grant report at the completion of the grant period.
